Ellen Ripley’s panties are a bit bigger this time and I guess it’s to hide more of her hairy muff  🙂

But she wasn’t able to hide it all tho ! heh – Lovely hairy ‘bikini’ line

The H.265 (HEVC) codec towards the H.264 codec

In a world where some of us don’t have to care about bandwidth,
I’m one of those who still cares anyway especially towards movies.
The below movieclip was originally encoded with the H.264 codec totalling 30 mb
With the help of the new codec H.265 it is now reduced to 8 mb without loss of quality.
Hence my choice of course for the latter codec and its benifits 🙂 to make MP4 videoclips.
However the video codec industry is currently divided again and the browsers
are reluctant to implement the H.265 playback, partly of the royalties envolved,
but also because all the big players are working on different things,
including a so-called universal standard, but it doesn’t seem to be coming soon.
